How we handle your information
Last updated 8 November 2026
Who we are
This site is operated by Belmar Investments QLD Pty Ltd t/a Ray White Whitsunday, the agent for the Marlow release at Hidden Valley Whitsundays.
What we collect
When you register your interest we collect your name, email address, phone number (if given) and any message you include. We use that information to respond to your enquiry, send you updates about Marlow at Hidden Valley, and keep a record of our contact with you.
Email updates
If you register your interest you'll receive updates about the release by email. Every update includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the enquiry form from automated submissions. Turnstile sets a small number of cookies to carry out that check.
Meta pixel
This site uses the Meta pixel (from Meta Platforms, the operator of Facebook and Instagram) for advertising and audience measurement. The pixel records your visit and, when you successfully register your interest, that a registration took place. We do not send your name, email address, phone number or message to Meta through the pixel. Meta uses the data it receives in line with its own terms and policies.
You can limit how Meta uses pixel data from your browser through the ad settings in your Facebook or Instagram account, or by using your browser's tracking protection.
Who we share it with
Enquiries are handled by the agents at Ray White Whitsunday. We don't sell your information. We use trusted providers (Cloudflare for hosting and bot protection, Mailchimp for email updates, and Meta for advertising measurement as described above) and share only what they need to do their job.
Keeping your information
We keep enquiry records for as long as we're reasonably likely to be in touch about the release, and in line with our record-keeping obligations as a real estate agent.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it removed. Get in touch with Brett Dwyer on 0447 583 759 or reply to any email we've sent you.
