Hidden Valley Estate

Hidden Valley is at the end of Rifle Range Road at Mount Marlow, 8 minutes from Cannonvale and 10 minutes from Proserpine. Check out our Location page for more details on the ease of access to surrounding amenities.

Stage one is now complete and you are able to comfortably drive around to get a feel for Hidden Valley. Machines will be on site at stage 2 most days so you will need to contact our friendly sales agent Brett Dwyer on 0447 583 759 to arrange a private tour or come to our open days at the following times:
Friday, 26th of November from 4-6pm
Saturday 27th from 8-10am and 3-6pm

The blocks are now being sold by Offers to Purchase. You are able to submit an offer on your favourite block any time from now up until the close date of Saturday the 27th of November at 6pm. To ensure you have an equal chance of securing your perfect lot, all offers will be sealed until after the close date.

Stage two is currently under construction, with completion expected in the first half of 2022. If you are a successful purchaser, you are able to begin the planning and approval process for your dream home while construction is still under way. This means you can be ready to start building as soon as the blocks settle.

Underground power and a sealed road will be provided to the front of each lot. There is quality mobile phone service already available and NBN Internet and wireless will be available via Telstra Sky Muster.

No. All lots benefit from freehold title, giving you true freedom and control of your own property.

Yes. As with all rural residential lots, you will need to include rain water tanks and Bio-cycle sewage system as part of your home construction. Bore water has also been easily accessed in different areas across the estate over the years. We have some great local providers available to discuss all the best systems to suit your specific needs.

Some blocks have easements in place over small portions to protect any natural creeks and overland flow areas. While you cannot build over these areas, you may landscape them and make them a feature. Talk to us about the implications of any easements on your preferred block.

Yes, there are two types of covenants. The first is a vegetation covenant designed to help us all protect the remnant vegetation and wildlife habitat that we all love. These areas can be seen on most of our lot maps and highlight areas that can still be accessed and enjoyed, but cannot be cleared. The second is a building covenant designed to limit construction that may be unappealing for the overall ambiance of the estate.

All of the lots in The Rise (stage 2) are high blocks, straddling the ridge line with plenty of clear area to build.
